Observation

On 4/19/23, the day of your inspection you did not have attendance records available for review for the 3 children in care and 1 child that came after school. You also did not have sign in records for you or your staff that day. The licensor asked to see any attendance for the children and staff prior to this date. You said you could not show them as your computer was not working. Electronic records were not able to be searched and retrieved in the normal course of business as your computer was not working.
